URA Member of the Month
This month, we look at Charles Hancock, a long standing URA member who has given a great deal to the Ural Riders ( wether they wanted it or not.....) for as long as anyone would like to remember.Charles lives with his wife Barbera and sole daughter Emily in a quiet rural hamlet of Lincolnshire, his other passion of interior design is now finding an outlet in the redesign of his recently acquired residence.
| Here we see Charles stocking up for winter with beet forage for his pig herd, a stout collection that rely on the delivery from the Blue Goon's sidecar |
Charles occupies himself in the Gentleman Farmer way, with his herd of pigs numbering 32 ( it's actually 36, as four of them are signing-on at the moment)...
A key figure in the organisational aspects of the Ural Riders Association,Charles has promoted many rallies and projected events for the 2002 rally season look very promising
Much of Charles career has centered around Health Care and over many years, he has built up an impressive array of qualifications and experience in not just nursing but legal requirements of this profession, his most famous case, the 'Spanking Nuns of Klaipeda' revolved around the abuse of senior government members.....who were complaining they didn't get abused enough.....
His mount, 'The Blue Goon' appears regularly ( by courtesy of the AA ) at rallies and can be seen breaking more emission regulations per mile, around the bye-ways of Lincoln, than a Chieftain Tank on margerine fuel ( yes, they can, by the way.....)
