Charles Hancock is the URA Kommisar, loosely responsible for event and rally management, located in Lincolnshire ( which never seems far enough away, somehow....) The Ural Riders Association is a motorcycle social club for those of you who love, for what ever reason ( And we don't want to know why.....ever) East European Motorcycles. However, it is rather like an exclusive Gentlemans club OR a psychiatric clinic, mere money will not gain you entry, you have to be 'invited'...........
